Let Nature Be Your Texture

Did you know that there is tactile texture AND visual texture?

When I saw this pile of wood I loved it's texture, but I didn't actually 'touch' it. I loved its visual texture. By just looking at this photo you can see the interesting shapes of the bark and by experience know that it is rough hard wood. 

I think of texture as the spice of design. It's in the details and gives it flavor.
