The holidays are a great time to get crafty! I don't know about you, but getting crafty gets me in the holiday spirit.

Crafting projects is also great to give out as gifts. In my opinion, homemade gifts are extra unique and have extra love and sentiment that cannot be purchased.

The projects I'm outlining are:

  1. Christmas Frost Jar Candle Holder

  2. Etched Glass Candle Holder

  3. Easy Cinnamon Stick Candle Holder

First up is the Christmas Frost Candleholder.

This project is my favorite of the three.

For this project, you will need:

  1. *Any empty jar, or you can purchase a Mason Jar

  2. * Circular Sticker

  3. * Mod Podge

  4. * Foam Brush

  5. * Epsom Salt

  6. * Flameless Tea Light Candle

  7. * Faux Christmas Greenery/ Ribbon

This Project is as easy as 1-2-3-4

To add a Christmassy touch, add ribbon and some Christmas greenery.

Also, depending on the height of the candle, add some Epsom Salt, fake snow, or decorative sand to the bottom so that the candle is properly centered and visible within the clear circle.

Step 4.

Allow to dry for a few hours and then remove the circular sticker from the jar.

Etched Glass Candle Holder

This one is easier than The Christmas Frost Mason Jar Project.

this project is easy as 1-2-3

Be sure to add stickers with the intended shape, as many stickers are only the cute illustration on a strip. Ensure that the sticker you decide to use is in an actual shape.

I had to make sure that these stickers had a snowflake's actual shape.

Some other ideas would be to get Alpha stickers to add a phrase, word, or someone’s name /initials. With Alpha stickers, make sure the centers of letters are cut out.

For this project, you will need :

  1. * Glass Candle Holder (any size)

  2. * Etching Cream

  3. * Stickers

  4. * Gloves (for hand protection)

Gently apply etching cream around stickers as you don’t want to loosen the sticker and have etching cream get underneath it.

The photograph of this project does not do it justice.

It was tough to get a good picture, perhaps because it is on a white background/candle.

In hindsight, I will do this project again, but with a colored candle to give the etching more contrast and pop!

Step 3

Allow drying for as long as directions prescribed (approx 15 minutes.)

Step 4

Rise off etching cream with running water (wear gloves for protection.)

There you have it! Totes easy, right?

Easy Cinnamon Stick Candle Holder

Step 1

Gather Supplies

Step 2

Hot glue the cinnamon sticks to the candle holder

Bada-bing Bada-boom, you’re done!

For finishing touches, add rustic yarn/ ribbon/ Christmas Holly

The last project is also effortless but high on the cute factor and also similar to my Halloween
Spooky Stick Candle Holder Project

For this project, you need:
